Committing to a 15 min yoga/pilates morning session everyday is better than attacking a program like Insanity if you want to lose weight and are not used to working out. As a talent agent who has seen GOBS of girls want to lose weight from time to time, their major first mistake is tackling something they will never finish. It ends up being an even more discouraging & depressing downward spiral. Even if they did it before, their life may not be able to afford that luxury currently. Commit to something small EVERYDAY then go up from there. Keeping track of body fat % daily on a calendar also helps. For me, I like writing it physically on the calendar plus I see Kayla & Jordan “Savage Giggles” Konkel & some Yeti girls every morning in Sept :)
