About to pop out a baby

I spent the day driving down to College Station to visit one of the most gentle hearted, kindest young ladies I have ever met in Charisma+2, Traycee Gumber. Any day now she will be giving birth to Ayden, who just does not want to come out of that comfy, warm home he has had over the last several months.

Most people have known me to be a superlatively busy lady who rarely gets to see anyone socially even if living in the same town. So why did I make an exception to drive over 3 hours to see this particular girl? Because as I look back over the years of my agency, I have a few girls who have gone above and beyond to be amazing and helpful. Even fewer have reciprocated with even more love and care than I have given. Traycee is one of those girls.

When she was first starting out, she made a bit of a faux pas on the gig she got. In my usual, firm but loving tone, I put her on probation. She took responsibility for her actions, proved herself, and was grateful to be back in good standing before too long.

Numerous young ladies who started with me years ago are now married, some even have children. This is Traycee’s first child, and since I missed her baby shower, I wanted to show her how much she meant to me. I encourage you to not set your eyes and attention only on where you want to end up but be thankful and invest time in those who have been by your side all along the way.

It had been a very long time since I went to College Station, I spent a great deal of time in the car, but the destination made it worth it. We spent our day talking baby stuff while her kitties chimed in occasionally. Of course, the day would not have been complete without playing some Destiny! It was our first time to actually play a video game together and was a blast.
